Crashes
T-Well

The app crashes every single time I use it.. I have to open it about 5 times just to read the message I'm looking for.

Almost perfect!

Can't see more than one line of tasks in mobile app. Can't change colors in mobile app.

Pretty Good for the price

We use this for work. We can send reminders to each other and it will flash on their desktop for urgent reminders or the icon will flash on the taskbar for non-urgent. I love this feature most. The feature I love is being able to schedule when the note sends. I use this to send myself reminders all the time. Love it! The Search feature is not very reliable in finding previous notes using key words. The list is also nice, but would be nicer if you could type more than one line and if you could copy/paste.

Worst Messaging App I’ve ever used
Tyler Snelling

I am still struggling to see the point of this application. It costs $3 a month per user and it’s slow, clunky and just horrible. I only use it because my work uses it for some reason. I fail to see any benefit from using this app over regular messaging apps. The calendar and to do lists are extremely difficult to use compared to modern solutions. This feels like it’s from 1999. The desktop app opens a browser window to manage the calendar for crying out loud. And there’s no way to put in calendar events from a mobile device as far as I can tell. It’s just simply the worst messaging app I’ve ever used.

Settings Unclear and Not User Friendly

It is so confusing to figure out how your status is (active, do not disturb, offline, mobile) set/visible to others. I’ve poked around in my settings so many times and can only find the “do not disturb” setting. I can’t figure out when I’m seen as “offline.” Is it when I log out— like sign out of my desktop version? Does it switch to offline when I don’t log out but have been away for a certain amount of time? :(
