i have purchased the 9.99 update, the payement is accepted but the app would freeze and not unlock everything. when i choose restore it says no purchased items,but when i purchase itbsays it has been purchased before and will be downloaded for free

FYI my husband and I were going crazy trying to figure out why the purchased app to unlock the entire thing wasn’t showing up between our devices. Went back and deleted, restarted, etc. then went back to the App Store to read the fine print that, although the app can be shared (oh, with the two free games, thanks), we discovered that the in-app purchases CANNOT be shared amongst family sharing. Then please, Pinkfong, tell me what’s the point of family sharing if I can’t share the $10 purchase to my other child’s device??? You’ve got to be kidding me.

My daughter loved this app we had the free version but I mistakenly updated so she could have all the features. Very expensive for the amount of games she was able to play. Very disappointing.
