Do not know why the “shopping bag” bounces around with items in it when you have at least 7 items in the bag. It seems like a ploy to get you to just buy everything in bag without being able to really look though your items. Do not like this new feature at all

Love the app. Wish coupons had easier codes when applying hard paper copies. Feels like the code is 20 letters or numbers or more and wish we could use more than two coupons - like 3
Glitch on Order Status

Frustrating when you order multiple items on multiple occasions because the stores don’t have anything to choose from. Then to not be able to see your shipment status, or even if what you ordered is actually on the way(had items canceled that I wasn’t aware of) .. it’s just frustrating ..

The web site - phone app is a clunker. Trying to use the promotional offers is always hard, slow, and arbitrary in the way efforts are rejected. Entering 15 alphanumeric letters with both capital Os and number zero is just one deliberate obfuscation by the web designers. Offers cannot be used or cannot be combined - ‘just because’. And shipping is another 8$ if you try to use a second code And manufacturing apparently is done under unfair labor practices ( heard from reliable source in the industry)
