Not receiving texts

ehMeSeL

I downloaded this app a few days ago. Individual texting worked fine until group texting started. It kept saying that the message couldn't be sent because I wasn't connected to the Internet, which I was. Had to uninstall and reinstall for my group text to send.

Displeased.

The Crazy Axe

I cannot recommend this. This is terrible. I can't even use my own ringtones, text tones, etc.

Great Alternative

If you need an alternate phone, pinger is perfect for you. I don't need to call a lot but it's great to know I can call if I need as long as there's wifi. I text the most and don't have issues as long as the network is good.

Call for free-unbelievable!

Halesalasi

U have to get this app. I make free calls on my iPod 6 all the time. The big phone companies don't want u to know about this I'm sure. Tell AT&T to take a hike.

Decent

Asayers

Decent app. Get the $1.99 packages. Many times the other person can't hear you and you have to call back and takes 1 minute just to dial out each time. Could be better.

Love it

Lila OG

Has saved me many times when my iPhone is in wifi only mode aka when I can't afford a service plan

Couldn't be happier

Flippy40

I am now able to talk to my family that I haven't in a long time. And it is so much easier when I don't have to worry about word length.

Great but occasionally frustrating

This app has been really good for keeping in contact with family and friends when I've been traveling abroad. Because you get a local number, family can call you free of charge. Texting is free on both ends, and I take advantage of free minute offers when I can to store up minutes in the event I need to make a call out (like I did this spring... From the airport in Madrid I was able to call United's too free line and make changes to my reservation quickly and easily.) you have to use your number once a month, and occasionally it's frustrating to use the app, but overall it's been a positive experience.
