The camp mail function of this app needs work. My child is currently at camp and sent me mail, but the app won’t bring it up. It’s frustrating because I would love to have this letter.

Why do I continuously each year get this message “check your connection and try again”? The first day it always works but after that I have problems. I have deleted the app and reloaded it several times; I have used different phones; I have checked my connections & all is good. I just don’t understand. My friends are getting updates, but not me. Please help!

Last summer this app rocked! Now I can’t even open it??? I have deleted it and reinstalled but it still won’t open. I hope this issue gets resolved before my kiddos head off to camp tomorrow.

It’s a great app and I always rely on it for when my daughter is gone at camp for a week. But it’s not working and it keeps freezing and I’ve had to delete it and re-download it again. Hoping it will work soon cause I don’t like missing out on what my daughter is doing.

Love the ability to see photos , videos, and all functionality!! Sometimes it freezes while opening and I have to delete the entire app and download it again! Should love to send more emails!
