This time we are giving you a HD-3D version with all the 4 original tables and it works on pretty much everything starting from iPhone 3GS. Smooth as silk, 60FPS all the way!
20 years ago Pinball Dreams almost single-handedly created the pinball simulator genre. 20 years later it is still one of the best pinball simulations ever created with addictive tables giving hours and hours of challenge and fun!
Our original Pinball Dreams iOS port was chosen by the Edge Magazine as one of the best 50 iPhone games.
The game features Game Center leaderboards and anti-aliasing on iPad2.
I loved the iPhone original, but this remake has a distracting moving camera and molasses-slow controls. Save your $5 and keep playing the far-superior 2D version.
This update addressed and corrected every signal problem I found with the previous release. Works absolutely beautifully now and the new static camera view is perfect.
I remember playing the original version on the IBM PC back some years ago. The game has translated very well, and the 3D effects are a nice touch. Though the physics aren't real as compared to real pinball machines, for a video game they're very well done. In translating the game into 3D, the physics of the original video game are completely unchanged, which is a definite plus. For the price, you get four tables with a wide variety of themes to play. That's hard to beat! I can't recommend this game enough if you're a fan of video pinball games. Great pinball sim and resonates with retro gaming enthusiasts alike!
A faithful port of the Amiga classic. Pinball Dreams set the standard for this genre when it debuted. The controls work well on the iPad. PLEASE port Pinball Illusions (the sequel) as it a had so many improvements including multiple flippers.
Great! I feel reminded of the days when I was playing this on my MS-DOS PC. Now I'm looking forward to Pinball Illusions or maybe some extra tables...
Uninteresting tables combined with sluggish gameplay (iPad 2). It just isn't that much fun. I am guessing the good reviews are mostly for nostalgia. There are better pinball games out there such as Tristan, War Pinball HD, Pinball HD, Pinball HD Vampire, and Pinball HD X-Games.
