You just need to tap the screen to shoot little black circles to the big rotating wheel. It's like pin circles onto the wheel.
Two modes:
-Pin A: You need to pin circles into the white space of the rotating wheel.
-Pin F: You need to pin circles onto the lines of the rotating wheel.
Note: Maybe it's one of the hardest little games.
