I have used this app for over 2 years and had problems with the earlier versions but not this one. User friendly and I'm able to check my meds every day. And the alert does work. Love the fact that you can select taken all with one swipe rather than having to select each med! Nice improvement!

After using this app for a while and trying others this one is the best overall in terms of logistics and its GUI. There are some things that I would like to change but I'm picky. That review was a year or so ago. They've done a lot of really interesting updates. It's very decent and easy to use. I really like how I can put a pic of my bottle or pills or whatever. Also I can go back and edit something I messed up or the dr changed.
No Stinkin’ Badges...

I have all notifications on and the badge display option in the app’s settings, but alerts do not light up any icon badges.
What good are pills if you forget to take them?

Especially that pesky synthetic thyroid pill first thing in the morning, when I'm barely conscious and craving a cup of coffee. This app reminds me--with a minimum of fuss.

I always had trouble remembering to take medications or when I took it last to know if it had been long enough to take the medication again. This app was exactly what I was looking for. Easy to use too.

After using the free version for two weeks (which limits you to 50 entries), I was hooked! No more guessing if I took my pills in the morning, or if I'd forgotten. Sure, I could have set an alarm on my phone, and I've tried that, but this is a much more reliable way of tracking it. There's a simple snooze option available in Notification Center, or on my Apple Watch, which is perfect for when you're busy.
