Where is the help or tutorial section?

I added my meds and only one allows me to add a timer/schedule (the entire point of this app). I keep hitting the "+" button and only one med appears. Incredibly annoying and frustrating and I have every apple product there is so I definitely do not feel like this is intuitive and seriously where is the help section to assist for an app that isn't intuitively working?
Great app for a free app
My Text Life
Very helpful in keeping track of multiple medications but kind of a hassle to set up. You have to manually enter in not only each medication but each reminder. So if you have to take one medicine four times a day you have to set up a reminder for each time you take it. And then repeat for any other meds you're taking. Once it's set up it's a terrific tool.
Simple but effective.

Intrusive ads made me uninstall before I could even get to input all of my medications. Clunky and cumbersome to input when one has taken a dose.

This app is simplified all the meds I have to take. Most meds affects my memory so that even makes it worse. I have been spot on since I have been using. Kudos!!!!
Nifty app for pill reminders and history

I was looking for an app that I could use as pill diary as much as a reminder for my pain killers which are variable in dosage. This app allows me just that. ?? I would prefer to have a timing window rather than a fixed time reminder.
