unhappy with cabin

Was dissapointed when we arrived and checked the cabin out! It needs a lot of updates!! Sat on the futon that was in the living room, sunk into the thing and felt like it was going to break. The furniture was all old and outdated. Things were broken in the game room.It was very dirty outside the cabin, outside furniture was to nasty to sit on and enjoy. There was litter on the property too. Picture of the cabin are deceiving. Found out there is a no refund policy after we arrived. We stopped at Dollywood and plan on coming again, we won't be staying at Aunt Bug's.Dollywood cabins are maintained much better!!!

Broken Hot Tub !!!!!!!!!!! Roach Bugs!!!!!!!!! Broken Washing Machine. Wrung clothes out by hand. Not fun! Smoke alarm beeping!!! Not fun!!!!! Beds were comfy. View beautiful!!!! Cabin was roomy. Maintenance was helpful! Maybe second chance!!!!!!!!! Never used Aunt Bugs. Will rethink this!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT STAY IN THIS CABIN! We just checked in last night at this cabin. I have a LIST...and it's a long one...of things that we are displeased with: there are decks...no furniture to sit on...the tv's wires not connected...no light bulbs in lamps/lights...broken chairs in the cinema room...broken items everywhere...some decks inaccessible...big wet spot on the carpet in the cinema room...AND it has no decor to speak of...has a "stripped down" look...everything seems to be in disrepair from the sad, sagging entry steps all around. When we asked about deck furniture, we were told that we had to request it in advance. We WILL NOT BEING USING AUNT BUGS CABIN RENTALS AGAIN. When we expressed concern over some of these things, we were told that ABugs could not be responsible that they only contracted for the owners...our response was that ABugs should have a "standard" for the rentals they promote. SAD WAY TO DO BUSINESS.

Do Not Stay at this cabin. There were so many problems with this cabin I can't list them all. I called to complain and talked to Elizabeth . What a joke and waste of time. There were so many broken things in the cabin and just dirty . She kept saying she could sent house keeping. I thought that house keeping should have done their job before we arrived. This cabin is so old and shows all the wear and tear. We come here every year for Thanksgiving . I felt bad for my kids they where so disappointed in this cabin and broken game room.

This cabin was extremely clean, well decorated, comfortable bed and furniture. It was a little difficult to find at night. A reflective number on a post at the bottom of the driveway would be a benefit. Stairs are a little steep, not easily accessible if you are older with knee issues. Nicely secluded. Our only complaint was the hot tub wasn't heated prior to our arrival and never heated up enough for us to use it during our long weekend. Maintenance did come turn it on for us but it never reached above 76? Maintenance and staff were very kind and courteous.

Roaches and broke door locks and bad management

I had three issues with my stay at Berry #108. When I arrived and checked the cabin, I notice that the security night chain on the front door was broke. I called and talked with maintenance and he advised someone would be out soon to fix the problem. A few hours passes with a no show. So I called again and was told someone will be out in a few hours. Around 8:45pm no one had call or came by. So I called again and was advised that maintenance was working on another issue and would be by around 10:00pm. I must say no one ever came or called that night and no one came the next day or called. So I had to secure my cabin door at night with several chairs. This is a major security issue with all things happening in the world today. Also you can see in the above picture I had roaches in my cabin. And it looks like the cabin hadnt been dusted in months with all the spider webs inside every room of the cabin and I mean a lot of spider webs. And the front and back porch was full of webs. Someone should have pressure washed the porches before new guest arrived. I also killed several roaches in my cabin and yes I have pictures. I wish I could upload the pictures with this message but this site won't allow me. A representative contacted me after my bad review I asked to speak with a manager was sent to a voicemail, I left a massage with my information no manger have contacted me.
