Very bad

It’s very bad .All the filter was deactivated I couldn’t used it .it has 3day free trial but they charged me after 1 day and never respond to me for refund.
Full video won’t save

I downloaded this app to edit videos and it will only save 4 seconds of a 1 minute video. I even paid to upgrade the app and same issue.
Too much pro stuff

Free trial lies

It says there’s a three day free trial but there isn’t. Bunch of lies to get you to download it and then they can charge you $18. Day 1 of my “free” trial my card was charged $18. Cancelled that day.

I uploaded a 3 min video, edited it, saved it, but it did not save to my phone. Tried it several times. Also after it “saves” the insta, FB, and more icons do not work.
Shortest subscription ever...Part II

...and I had every intention of subscribing for a year. Loaded a 40 second clip; an hour later, it was still loading. Uninstalled and reinstalled app; same thing. It’s frustrating because I really wanted to subscribe, it looks great, but it doesn’t do me much good if it won’t even load. I’m giving it two stars instead of one because I don’t have time to wait for a developer response and they might have been able to resolve the issue. I have 16 clips totaling more than 35 min to edit and I just don’t have time. If I do receive a response, I may revise my rating accordingly. **Gave it a second chance; still wouldn’t load any videos except—get this—the ones that has already been edited with my free app. Right. I’m going to pay $17 for a free app to do most of the work. And if you refuse to become a member of the Facebook cult, good luck contacting support—pretty cheap form of contact for such an expensive app. Too bad; *when it works*, the apps are really nice...so are the ones on my free app. Takes two free apps to do what Piczoo 2 does **when it works**, but it’s essentially the same...so why pay for a malfunctioning app with no support to help you when things go—and they will—wrong? Fail.
