Doesn't get any easier! Plug it in and it does all the work. Does take a little while though, especially when you had over 4000 pictures on your phone. Great customer service too!

So easy to use & quick. My storage on my phone was full with pictures so I couldn't do anything, this allowed me to free up so much storage it's GREAT!!!

I’ve deleted and redone loaded several times. They claim there’s a fix but I have updated and it still doesn’t work. Disappointed
