Restore not working...

I bought this app a while back, and I click "Restore," and it says everything has been restored successfully, but the templates all still have locks on them and ask me to pay $2.99. When I press "Remove Ads," it says I've already purchased the app. So... There's definitely a glitch going on here. :(
App crashed... Boo! ?

I'm disappointed that all the frames are locked after I already bought the app! Restore isn't helping either. I loved this app till this happened. ????
