Version 3.9.1 is non-functional

I’ve used this app for a while and loved it, but after the most recent update, it crashes immediately when I open it. There was an update to 3.9.1 but that also crashes immediately. I paid for the full version, so that’s pretty frustrating. I contacted customer service and got this response: Chenin B****** (Totally Rad! Inc.) May 4, 3:35 PM PDT Hi ******, I apologize that the app isn't working for you. That is not the case with every user, but we do know that we let some users down [...] Until Apple releases an update, there isn't anything we can do. Thank you for your understanding.

I love this app! But since the last update it won’t work. I open it and go to select my photo but before I do it blacks out and closes on me. I hope this gets fixed . This is my go to photo editing app.

Now I can use PicTapGo to edit directly from the photo without opening the app. The update is great.

Can’t update to 3.9.1

Help! I use this app every day on my iPhone XS Max. The 3.9.0 update caused the app to crash upon opening and although it looks like the app has updated to 3.9.1, when I open it, it opens as 3.9.0 and crashes! I’m lost without this app!

I agree with KorbynDB. Love the app guys but saving has issues. The one that has stopped working recently is the float image. It does not work at all now but saves the original unedited version. And of course, there’s no saving to your phone either. I have to save it to another app. That’s annoying. So without these fixes, I guess I wouldn’t use the app because that’s really all I use it for currently. Hope these can be fixed as well [ insert hug here for you programmers ]

I LOVE LOVE this app. But the last week has been awful. I can’t open the app. So, i delete it and then re-install it. I then can edit one photo before the app freezes and then won’t open again. Every time i click on the app, it opens to the main screen and then shuts down. Please fix this!!! I use your app daily and my pictures aren’t nearly as wonderful without it! Thank you

Update didn’t update, then app didn’t work, but now all is well.

Previous Review: I’ve absolutely love this app until 2 days ago when it updated. Now the app won’t even work. Goes to the PicTapGo screen and never loads and then shuts down. Totally frustrating because this was my favorite app to use for editing pics! Updated Review: The Developers jumper on fixing this bug pretty fast. I was surprised this week when I saw the notification pop up with their response telling me to download the very newest update. And wah-la! It is now working seamlessly again! Thank God because this app is the basis for my IG feed! Thanks so much guys for making an awesome app!
