Lost of glitches but getting better

When I first got the app a couple days ago it was awesome! But the came the glitches. I was working on a project and went to save but now the project won’t open. When I try to open it it just closes the app and crashes. PLEASE FIX I WANT MY ART AND TIME BACK??? EDIT: I appreciate the quick response and I followed the advice and it resulted in losing ALL my art. But anyways I still love the app so solid 4⭐️

It has everything that I was looking for that normally would only be on a computer app, and as a person without a drawing pad who wants to do digital art this is fantastic! The only things I would want to be different is when you use the fill tool, it leaves this thin outline between the actual outline of the thing being filled and the filling. Also there's this thing where it will freeze out of nowhere. Thankfully the project is still there, but it scares me, you know? If this is fixed, this app will be everything I'm looking for.

i love it but recently it has started crashing. it crashes every 30 minutes and deletes what i was working on 5 min before it crashes.:( please fix this and i can 100% give a 5 star rating. also if i delete and reinstall will all my drawings still be saved or deleted..?

I used this app a few months ago and found it serviceable. I don't know what's changed, but it's borderline unusable. It pretty much works whenever it wants to. I can't delete projects, but I have at least two different ways of renaming them. I managed to duplicate my blank project I tried to delete twice, leaving me with three projects I can only rename. Now, I can't even copy them; whatever I did to get the dupes doesn't work on command. There's nowhere I can drag it. There's no "three little dots I can open to see more options. Even selecting the resolution for a new project doesn't respond to my touch half the time. Speaking of touch, my Adonit stylus simply doesn't function. It may start a line, but gives up after 3 seconds. A tutorial? There isn't one. The site only talks about the photo editor. What little information I managed to find didn't match up with the interface. This is grossly irresponsible as app development goes. When Notes, Tsyasui, and 53's Paper are easier to use than your drawing app, you've messed up royally. The only reason I haven't deleted the app is it has 2 projects I want to keep. It's infuriating.

I’ve used adobe draw for a while but find it to be too much using different apps then adding it to PicsArt. I recently used this app to draw and found it to be too pixelated. Those little squares really bother me and the brush types weren’t that helpful. It would be nice to have cleaner lines when drawing..

I love coloring and making my pictures look better and what not but it works fine for a couple of minutes then it crashes and it won’t open up again? And it also make my phone sooo slow and when I get the app to open again it deletes what I recently did on it which is annoying I’ve already had to restart my phone 3 times in the past 30 minutes because of it. I even tried uninstalling and installing again 3 times nothing works...what a shame
No delete option?

I’m a big fan of PicsArt but this app just totally isn’t working for me on iPad Air . At the very first use after downloading, there was a delete option working but it suddenly disappeared , now on options are rename or publish.

It freezes almost every time I use it and there is no option in deleting. Once fixed, I will rate 5 stars because other than these issues, the app is good.

for some reason, photos will not load when you try to upload them into the workspace. it appears as a white screen/canvas.
