What happened

I used to love the app for the touch up features, but lately RIGHT before I’m able to hit save after editing my photo turns into gray and white squares like it has disappeared. I try saving anyway and it downloads a blank pic. So annoying! I spent 30 minutes editing something last night only to have it disappear before saving and I’m ready to delete the app. Useless.
Why I love pic monkey

It is easy to use. It lets me add my name to my pictures s To prevent people from claiming them as their own. I love how easy it is to remove the background add my own background snd pretty up my pictures. It’s great in so many ways and so easy to use unlike other programs that just frustrate me, I am so happy they continue to improve pic monkey and yet keep it easy to use!

It’s suddenly not removing background, says error every time I try. Also the igetty and stock aren’t pulling up a anything.

I’ve used This app for years flawlessly. Now, since I’ve updated, the background remover no longer works. It was one of the main features I used it for. Sadly, I’ll have to look into other programs :-(
The app suddenly doesn’t work

It says it’s not available in my region “iraq” .. it’s just a photo editor why it’s not available here?? I’m really disappointed.. I’ve been using the app since 2 years

For some reason nothing is showing in my Hub even though I have several folders and projects I’m working on in the desktop version. Why is this happening!?! I used to be able to edit download…etc all on my phone. :/
Update ruined this app

They updated this app so it can be better. But it’s not better. It’s worse. I payed annually for this app because I knew I can count on it. But the update ruined it. The background remover doesn’t work anymore. It always has an error. Drawing on this app is an absolute struggle. It’s not easy or convenient anymore because this update messed it up. Don’t pay for this app. You’ll get disappointing updates. I’m currently trying to figure out how I can get get an older version of this app. If it doesn’t work out, I am cancelling my subscription which is a shame because I had it for years. PLEASE FIX THIS APP. Can we get the older version please?

I’m not sure what’s going on but my app isn’t accessing my hub projects that I have made online. In the past I was able to open projects and work on them on my phone. I haven’t been able to do that in a while and I keep thinking it’s because the app needs some sort of update but that’s not the case. Does anybody know what’s going on?
