I can't open the app and I had a lot of pictures and memories on it I need help it just crashes when I open it now please update ASAP

Rip off crap app don't buy this you will lose your pics. Charges $ gives you nothing has bugs no customer service at all No answer to e mails worst apps ever don't download any I app creations they are crap or just burn your money.

Awesome app. Does what it claims. But it crashes, which causes such devastation to its users. This issue has gone unaddressed for so long. Please fix it. If you're working on it, please announce that so that your users can have piece of mind. PLEASE. PLEASE. PLEASE!!

My surveillance option to have a self video scare the intruder is stuck on on and I can't turn it off, it never worked from the start and shows the record video button and video box but everything I click just crashes the app entirely. I love the app but please fix it!!!
