The microphone icon allows recording of what is played on the keyboard. Touching again ends recording. The musical note icon labels the keys with their position on a full piano. The rightmost of the three small icons calls up a list of recordings made. Touch the entry on the list to play. One may title each recording.

Other apps are much better for piano players. And the ads here are very annoying.
