I am so grateful to have found a company who understood exactly what was needed when trying to organize boxes of loose photos and add commentaries. They nailed it! The tutorials are excellent and the multifunctional format is easy to use. Highly recommend!

I have used this app during Covid 19 while I was sorting and purging 40 years of photos. It is easy to use and the photos look good. I sent several of the photos via text to my son-in-law. He was a creating photo book online to present to my daughter for her 40th birthday. The pictures looked awesome in the book. It sure was easier than scanning them into my computer. I am 66 years old and I find it to be senior friendly. I like that I can save them to different albums! My only complaint is I get the reflection of my phone on the glossy prints. I do the scanning in all different locations through my house at different times of the day to find the right lighting that keeps it to a minimum. I don’t think it’s the app, it’s the glossy prints. Keep that in mind when you use this app.

I spent a week digitizing family albums after my father passed away last month. After digitizing 4,000 images, we have learned that we are unable to download them. Member support responds every couple days and each time it is a different agent, so each response is a new agent asking to hear about the issue all over again. It’s been almost two months trying to solve this. The worst part is being billed for the month spent waiting for member support to respond. Do yourself a favor and avoid this app. If member support is reading this, please give me my family photos. PLEASE!

My iPhone XS Max will not let me unsubscribe from the monthly charge. The software didn’t do what I wanted so I deleted the app and now can’t get out of the monthly charge. Now ever month I get charged. I have gone through settings/Apple I’d/ subscriptions, and spent time googling, Apple support that never answers. I have even installed the app again trying to opp out of the monthly charge. I have now spend 8 hours on trying to opp out of the charges with NO results.
