Can U help me open my Photo Lab Pro App?

I purchased the app a few years ago & use it all the time but all of a sudden when I click on it it does not open at all!!! HELP I love this app & I use it for birthday pic embellishments for all my friends on their BD.

This app kept on crashed when I kept tabbing it to open but kept crashing all the times as soon as it open with loading, that it! Pleased fix it! I can't get to open it at all! I have had it for less 8 or less years, can't remember exactly when and now crashed! I do love it! Pleases fix that crash! First times I gave u 5 stars for years and just two days or so it crashed many times so gave u 3 stars. Yet no words about it till now so I am now giving u 2 stars! Please answer me! Fix it! UPDATE: I had to deleted it then reinstalled it and it works! Finally! Not sure why this happened but I hope it stay that way!

I've had this app for several years. I got the pro version back when you only had to pay one time to use all the features. Of course now they charge a weekly, monthly, yearly subscription fee. Three days ago, my app quit working. I tried to open it and it would open for a split second and then close. After three days of this I uninstalled it and tried to install it again. What a surprise. Now they want me to pay on a weekly, monthly or yearly subscription. I bought the pro a few years back with good faith that I would be able to enjoy using the app and it's features after I paid for it. I never signed anything that said I would not get to use it anymore when they decided to start charging a subscription fee. How many if you had this happened to? It's not right nor is it professional.

Esta aplicación la he usado por meses y a funcionado de maravilla pero estos últimos días ha dejado de funcionar simplemente trato de habría la aplicación y no funciona me envía al menú de aplicaciones llevo tres dias tratando de abrirla y no funciona

I’ve used this app for several years without any issues and me and my family have enjoyed what’d I’ve been able to create. Since last update it is unusable because when it opens it immediately crashes. I’ve seen many other comments regarding this issue and am hoping the issue will be resolved ASAP. My rating is 1 star because of crashing; was at least 4 stars prior to,this issue

After this update opening splash screen appears but then apps disappears. Doesn’t fully close, but when you try to go back to it, it disappears again. My iPhone is up to date with latest OS Thanks! Update today (05-26-21) fixed the problem ?

This really great app crashes at launch on my iPad Air 2. The latest update makes this app useless. UPDATE: Crash problem has been fixed. It is back to being a great app again. HOORAY
