Piss poor customer service!

Since July 25, 2018 I have been waiting for assistance in correcting an issue with this game. My horse entered the “Race For The Roses” and completed the 25 races required in order to unlock the next event. Well, the next event is still currently locked, and I have written numerous times with no response. Only once did I get a response, and this was the first time I initially notified them of the problem. They sent me suggestions to try, asked if my app was up to date, and if my system was up to date, and said if after doing what was suggested, and making sure everything is up to date, then if the events were still locked, to contact them for further assistance. I have done this numerous times but keep being ignored, and yes I have spent money on this game but you can bet I will not be spending another red cent on this crap. It’s not fair that I have spent money on this game, and yet this is how they treat you when there’s an issue. I will be contacting Apple to see what can be done about a refund, as I’m not getting what I paid for when Photo Finish isn’t even replying to me, or trying to correct the issue. This is piss poor business, and I refuse to allow this to go unnoticed. Fix the issue or refund my money! Plain and simple! The one star will remain until the issue is corrected.

Amazing realistic horses and expletive and back rounds every thing this is the best racing game known to people but my only problem is how much money it costs that's all but amazing graphics this game was amazing I just wish things didn’t cost so much! I love it here and I hope more updates and beatiful horses come

This game is so addicting and I love customizing my horses! I also love how you can travel all over the world. I find it so addicting to collect all the jockey silks! I think this is truly the number one horse racing game on the App Store!!?
