Why is it freezing and won’t do anything?

I use to love this app, but it’s always freeing and won’t do anything now. I’ve swiped out of everything, turned my off/on a few times, and nothing. So clearly it’s this app. Please fix or I’ll be deleting the app!!!!

There were so many useful features back then, such as being able to overlay images on top of each other and such. With the latest updates, many of these features were removed or put into places where it’s hard to access, and it disappoints me to not be able to do the same thing from one update to another.

Wow, y’all REALLY effed this thing up, huh? It was never a great app, but it was at least useable. The newer version is the most insanely infuriating pile of garbage that fights you on absolutely everything you try to do. I’d rather pound my head against a concrete wall. It’d certainly be more useful.

I’ve used and loved this app for years - and this new version makes it unusable. I want to pick my grid layout first - not my pics - because I know what I’m looking for and *then* populate it with pics. There doesn’t appear to be any way to do that now. It’s completely counterintuitive. WHY do developers feel the need to completely turn their apps upside down and make them so foreign to the way they originally worked!!?!

I’ve used this app for a couple years now. Likes it for the most part. Very easy to navigate. However the new update scrambled everything. Tons of bugs and glitches, can’t find anything. Deleting now. Booooo ????

I've been using this app for years & loved it. It was so easy to use. With the latest "improvements," it no longer works at all on my iPhone 7. Just keeps freezing up (nothing happens when I tap "discard"), and difficult to find the grids that I'm used to using. I doubt that I'll be using this app anymore. Just spent 15 mins trying to figure out how to make a 2-photo collage, and couldn't do it. When I FINALLY got a 2-grid horizontal format, my pics wouldn't fit in them and I couldn't adjust them by pinching like I've always done. They took a very user-friendly, great app and rendered it useless to me. I'll be looking for a new app to do my collages, that's easier to use and still works with older iPhones. I'm really disappointed because I liked this app a lot!

Now every time you finalize a photo, the proportions are reset and the final photo is ruined. I don’t know what they did to screw up this app, but bye bye

The updates have rendered it completely useless, I have absolutely no idea why you would turn it into a completely different format, it doesn’t work anymore at all, I used it all the time and I could make something in 10 seconds and now I can’t even figure anything out or get anything to work it’s so stupid. Leave well enough alone. Deleted app!
