On iPhone 7, and iPad Air 1, video compression CRASHES 100% of the time. Needs to be fixed.

There are 1100 photos on my iPhone 6s and dozens of dips. I says there are none

I was so excited for this app but now very disappointed. I have 4000+ photos on my phone and know for a fact that there are tons of duplicates. After running the exact duplicate scan it said there were none and the similar scan only found a possible 67?? After cleaning up the similar photos there should also be a way to mark the ones you are keeping so they don't keep coming up. Plus there's no support. The articles on the website are several years old and only 2 of them are in English. So disappointed!
