I was trying to blur the background of a photo and I needed the brush to be a bit smaller. As I am trying to resize it, this app says I have to pay for it. PAY FOR IT?!?!?! All I was trying to do was resize the brush. DO NOT SPEND ANY MONEY ON THIS APP!!! You can find other apps that blur photos and are for free.
