I purchased a phone number but text messages aren’t coming through. Support is unresponsive

The concept is great. The design is good. But for some reason the App runs so slow that texting can be agony. Until this is fixed it’s hard to recommend this product.
Credits disappeared

I purchased several credits and they disappeared I reached out to the company and they didn't respond. Highly disappointed
