Not working even though I paid

Worked great at first. Gave me info on every number. Now...it rarely gives me any info. And it keeps saying my subscription expired even though it shows I’ve been paying for it every single month! And there’s no way to contact support to get it fixed! Don’t waste your money!

Why is it I can’t even get support. The times I have decided to cancel and for some reason when I have paid until the end of the month this app cancels me early and I am unable to use the remainder of my purchase without renewing. That’s a bunch of crap. For example I cancelled my subscription about a week ago but am paid thru the 31st of July but can not use my remaining subscription to look up numbers without renewing. That’s pretty sad. Fix that and I’ll change my rating to five stars. Don’t fix and I will change my ratings to one star. Thank you

I have paid for a monthly subscription, but the app tells me I need one. When I try to sign up it tells me I already have one, which I do, but it won’t let me use it!!! ???
Not connecting to server?

Reverse apps are always hit and miss (mostly miss) and a 3-star at best. This one was doing okay but now it keeps timing out and says it isn’t connected to the server. Since there aren’t any real settings or way to test/troubleshoot that, I’m stuck. Until that’s fixed, you get a 1.

I love this app I did give it 5 stars even though it’s not exactly 100% if the time acute because it will actually pull up there address with a picture of the residence along with their name if it’s available so yeah pretty cool.???
