SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY FROM THIS APP

When I first downloaded this app I thought It was good, then when I got it, it was good at first, it protected me, then suddenly after a few hours my Wi-Fi Started Acting Up, and I knew it was with that suspicious app and that dog. So I deleted it. And my Wi-Fi was back to normal, and I got my other VPN On just for safety after deleting it. What kind of a app is this?!??!!?

Is it a scam because I forgot the name of another app that can kind of do the same thing so I mean it doesn’t seem like a scam but sometimes when it doesn’t seem like one it technically is one so hi do I do suggest this game but I mean like I also wouldn’t suggest it because it could be a scam I mean you don’t wanna get a scam Game because it could just ask for your information
