On a level, I can't beat it because the 3rd or 4th wave (I forget which) won't appear

Worked really hard to collect all the stars in the first three worlds. Now I'm stuck on 4-12 the enemies just stop coming at 3-5. Please fix the glitch I'd like complete the game!
