If you are on a VPN this app thinks you are not connected to the internet so you can’t order. Have not had any other app have this issue so assume it is a bug.
Payment kept failing, but still charged me a $1 each time it failed.
I really like the design of the app but I’m frustrated with the suggested time of when the coffee is ready. It’s never correct. It’s typically been 10 minutes extra. I’d rather the estimate be accurate.
I’m delighted with the app. I find it intuitive and particularly helpful on mornings when I just can’t get myself together. It makes me want even more! I see that you’re planning to add the ability to order food, and to remember my usual stuff, which will be grand. Well done, folks.
I’m sure there is a reason for limiting the number of items I can purchase through the app, but limiting it to 4?! Especially when I am paying for it within the app, this just seems sacrilegious. Never has a retailer restricted what I want to buy from them. Super inconvenient when I have to then stand in line if I want to order a 5th.
I just downloaded the app and haven't used it to order yet! I would love to have an option to store your gift-cards on the app so that I can use them when ordering. I'm sure it's still the early stages of the app but hoping the next update would have that function!
Cute graphics. Terrible UI. Don’t be afraid of words and input categories. Ive tried three times to pay with Apple Pay and failed. Get it together. Point of sale is crucial. The Philz I go to on golden gate won’t take caviar anymore so I’m stuck w this nonfunctional app. I guess I have to order the old fashioned way: in person. Ugh!!
1. The app doesn't give an estimation based on order volumn at all. I got to the store when the app shows ready for pickup, however, they didn't even start preparing my coffee. 2. I added two coffee into the cart, and later on removed one. However, I was charged the price for two coffee on my credit card. I went to the store and was told there is only one order in their system and only the cost for one coffee will be posted to my credit card. I didn't check yet, but this is way too confusing.
