Good Idea, Poor Execution

I really hoped this app would give me the ability to monitor and manage the Care Circle of my Mom’s LifeLine. Unfortunately, many of the features do not work, and despite several calls to Philips, they still do not work. Philips has work to do.

After several phone calls and instructions to wait 24 hours for the change to take effect, it still does not work.

Elderly parents do not have own emails so cannot manage the account via app. Also no online self-service surprising for such an innovative company. Very disappointing because the equipment is great.
Free and not worth the price.

Free with Philips Lifeline products and not worth the price. App is wildly buggy and inconsistent; it's been nothing but headaches in the week we've used it. Spurious error messages, screen freezes, UI dead ends, incorrect Care Circle status displayed, billing info wrong, etc. Technical support has been responsive but not helpful ("Thanks, we're working on it"). Shows an appalling lack of quality control for a life-saving app. Web access doesn't work with Win10/Firefox or Win7/IE, have to use Chrome; behavior differs from app (less buggy but data still wrong). Had I test-driven Philips software I wouldn't have purchased the product.

This app is so frustrating. It never works. I get updates that are supposed to improve the app but that is a joke.
