Verified my info with hospital and even reset my password. Still doesn’t work.
I want to use the app to search online content, but when I try to search, it asks me to login and the login button doesn’t work. Can you fix this issue, make it so we don’t have to log in if we’re already logged in to the app? I can see there’s an article I want to read but I can’t access it.
I love the content, but I constantly have to delete and reinstall the app for it to open properly.
But it's a little slow to load and not compatible with iPhone 5! Revised: app crashes on loading.
The app crashes to often. Every time I press one of the search features or click on an issue the app shuts down.
I have been a subscriber of The Pharmacist Letter for many, many years and was glad to see this app created for it. I've been using it for over a year or more now and am very happy with the ease of use. It is so nice to peruse the great information between appointments and complements well my other sources for continuing education. It is especially nice to have the vast amount of new information filtered and condensed in a way so that I am somewhat familiar with MOST EVERYTHING that is going on in this constantly changing pharmaceutical industry. Well done and Thanks!
I am reading the PL for at least last 20 years. It's a great information package, all in one. I decided to use it on my IPAD even after reading its review. Yes, it crashed 3 times once I logged in right after I downloaded. I guess they didn't realize it has some serious interaction (software -interface) and should address that first before they address any other drug interaction to make this iPad version viable for pharmacist community. I do not want to give one star for this version but there is no lesser star for this kind of a joke. Sorry, PL you are great as always for your correct and useful information but not for this.
