Need same features on different products

I have been posting pictures to Phanfare since 2004. Overall it's a great product, but there are some things that I find frustrating. Namely, the application has different functionality between my desktop computer, laptop, iPad and iPhone. It's easier to create albums on my iPhone and to create sections whereas I can't do that on my Mac, at least not in a simple, straightforward way. I wish it was as easy to change and adjust things in all different devices. Overall though, I am very happy with the product.

I've used Phanfare for years to make albums and slideshows to share with friends and it works quite well. It is easy to view, even for noncomputer types. My only complaint is the very clunky address book function. I can't really share from within Phanfare because it won't read my Mac's address book. Instead I have to add addresses one by one to Phanfare's own book, and editing it is complicated.

I also have a lot of problems as I started using my iPad Pro. Very frustrating.

Too many problems with uploads and slow support who don't even read the emails correctly. Used to be a great app. I cancelled Carbonite backup services due to horrible support. Now that they acquired Phanfare, it's downhill as well. I'm switching to smugmug this weekend. They had plenty of chances to work on my issues...

I love this app, except for the number of times it would ask me for a review. Otherwise it is easy to use and a terrific way to have access to my pictures without having to store them all on my phone.

I have had Phanfare for almost 10 years. It is an excellent app... A great way to backup important photos and show them off. I like the slideshow function with soundtrack and the subsection functionality.
