I have been using this service for a few weeks now and love it! I have a special needs dog and the buddies that I have booked have been great with her. Very easy scheduling and comparable pricing. I have used other on-demand apps that have horrible customer service but that’s not the case here. You can chat or speak to someone immediately. It also brings me comfort to know that they vet the buddies. I would note they are a fairly new start up so don’t be surprised if you end up being one of the first in your area to be a customer. Have patience, they are worth it. They will find the right buddy in your area. I definitely recommend them.

PetNPamper is an amazing company! The app makes it super convenient to schedule walks or any care service. This was the first time for me using a dog walking company, and I was truly amazed at how awesome the customer service is. If I have a problem with the app, I’m actually messaging with a real person. I don’t get annoying auto-generated texts asking me to sign up for a walk. You can also text a real person, who is in charge at the company to claro info, ask questions, etc. If I receive a text, it’s actually from someone PETNPAMPER, usually giving me an update on my doggo or responding to a message I sent them. One time, I scheduled recurring walks for 3AM instead of 3PM (on accident) and Maria reached out via text to see if this was an error, which obviously it was! The app notifies you when your walk starts and stops as well as when your buddy has left feedback for you. No unnecessary notifications, which I LOVE.

The app and company is great! Very easy to use and makes pet sitting a breeze they Offer training right through the app and the calendar layout is easy to understand and once you accept a walk or pet sit it pops up on your calendar and all the pets and clients info is right there. The best part is once the walk or sit is over you can leave notes right on the app for the owner.

PetNPamper made it so easy to get, real, reliable pet help and customer service. Setting up appointments was easy and painless. They brought a key lockbox to my house, came when they said they would and sent updates. My buddy put my mind at ease. So far, i used them only to come visit and feed my cat while I was on vacation but I would have no qualms about having them come regularly for dog walks or possibly overnights. Thanks!
