Worst app

No good

Sweet66stang

Installed to see if I could schedule a dog grooming appointment. Not so much. It's not very intuitive either. No need to reinvent the wheel guys, there are plenty of good store apps to glean ideas.

Awful

So the icon should have warned me to save my time. Guys you have a corporate logo. That looks like a high school scrapbook project. Things this app doesn't do: 1) Find things in your store. 2) Expose your Petco Pals card to your Wallet. 3) Allow you to find anything. 4) Use ApplePay 5) Actually you can ignore #4 since it's impossible to make a purchase through this app due to the purchase page being a massively shrunk down version of the desktop site, with no way to zoom! Guys, that's built right into the embedded Web View component your app is basically built around. Why would you do something as customer hostile as disabling it? Things this app does do: 1) Throw up large 404 Page Not Found errors for pretty much every other linked product. 2) Give you that retro drill-down and drill-down and drill-down vibe of a decade hence. 3) Show you cutesy stock photos of dogs, cats, fish, and products other than what you are searching for. 4) Coupons. They're here. They're on the standard corporate site too of course, and in an easy to navigate form at that, but you can get them here if you'd like. TL;DR: Stunningly inept. Avoid.
