Why is the changes not happening

Ok first I really like this game but the thing is I read all the reviews on this game and realized that none of these changes are happening we are wasting money off of this greedy money game that only wants money getting gems from the quest are noise but why are some of the quests only about getting other games that’s stupid although I really like this game just changes that’s all we want to make this game happy and fun! But it’s not happening what else will happen?

This games was really cool in the beginning but then it crashed and every time I bought something it kept making me buy it again and also there are not enough diamonds to even buy half the things so I think u should save your space and safety of you devise

I love this game, but there's no way to get gems without buying them. It makes me literally not want to play the game anymore.

Awesome clean game for all ages there are so many things that annoy me about this game but I still love it and am addicted to it! As everyone else wrote the gems thing is the biggest ! Then the shop size .. I’m at the biggest size and don’t have enough room to add any more pets ! So basically I play and feed my pets and breed them .. that’s it .. I’m still having fun playing it !! Edit to the producer : I still play this game but please please.. update the game so we can expand .. I can’t buy anymore pets because I have no more room to place them.
