Awesome until the update. Lost valuable information and data. So disappointed now as I loved this app initially, as did my vet. Now looking for a new app

I have been using this app for a year and loved it! Since the update I have been waiting for them to fix what when wrong- Date is in another language. Hope this gets fixed! If not going to have to find another app.

Everything’s in Korean

My dog recently got diabetes and I was instructed to record a glucose curve. This app is good for that. However, everything is in Korean and there’s no way to change the language. I’m Korean American so it’s not a huge deal to me but I was planning on emailing the curve to the vet. He’ll probably find it a bit confusing considering he’s not Korean.

I tried downloading the when my pet was diagnosed but everything came up in a different language and I couldn’t find a way to change it. This is no longer a problem and I find the app very useful. For future, maybe a way to note what device is used for blood glucose since some pet owners like me sometimes use Freestyle Libre which calibrates a bit higher than the AlphaTrak. It would be helpful to know looking back which device I used. Thanks for a great way to easily help my dog.

Loved this app until today 3/10. It’s not working after last update. The dates and names are not in English anymore.

This app seems like it will be useful in tracking my pets schedule, however much of the app is in German, and I’m not able to add her food levels correctly. I typically give a half-can if food before an injection, which is 1.5oz. There is no way to add decimals to the food quantity. She’s also a free eater, so there’s not a good way to enter in food over a timeframe.

This is a joke right? Unfortunately, I’m an English speaking American and this app is in Spanish, which makes it completely useless for me!

Language Issue

I tried this app, despite claims that there were issues regarding language and date/time. This is still a problem, and after attempting to set it up differently a second time using US standard the issue still persists. I can’t comment on how well it works beyond that because I didn’t want to waste my time since it couldn’t give me correct day/times for my country - renders the whole app moot.

Since the update, the months and time are in a different language and using military time. I can’t find a way to have it in English (US) and use an and pm Otherwise I like it. I use it for curves and any spot checking and able to email the vet the results.

I just downloaded it and can’t put any info into the pet area? It won’t save it so I can’t get past this point?
