This game is so fun!! I really enjoy everything about it except the prices. I understand the meaning for them I just don't like how high They are. And u only have so many gems so u can't buy everything u want. That's just my opinion. Awesome game tho.

Whenever I go into my game it says “downloading update #1” It won’t stop! This is one of my favorite games. If it updates again can you add parrots?

I used to love this game. But now it is hard for me to. About a week ago, the game had a blue square box come up before the play game sign. It said downloading update #1. So I thought ok I can wait. I left the app open all night and still it would not leave the uploading screen. Now I have to delete the game to see if it will work then.

I have downloaded the game 2 times for my daughter 2 times, she loves it and spends her allowance money in it; however both times after about a week I get this message saying downloading update 1 and can not get it to download. She has spent about 25 dollars and I hate to loose everything again.

I have had this game before and love it, the only problem now is that it won't update. My game is literally stuck on the entry screen with the loading update message. It's been this way for two days and I can't play it. I tried to just update it manually from the App Store but it doesn't show an update needed. Has anyone had this issue?

I love this sm, and although the animals can get sick, it’s still a great game! I would totally recommend it to anyone.

Confused about downloading content

I opened my app a couple days ago and it said it was downloading content. I let it sit for about 20mins and then nothing happened so I decided I would just let it sit overnight. I made sure it stayed on in settings and let it download. I woke up 10 hours later and it was still downloading! It is my absolute favorite app and I would hate to delete it I would lose EVERYTHING. What should I do? I’m only 11. And this is very upsetting.

I spent like $40 on this game for stuff and then IN 2018 (Aka July 5 for me) IT HAS AN IN-GAME UPDATE THAT NEVER LOADED AND I CAN’T PLAY ANYMORE. YOU BE ASAMED THAT YOU SCAM LIKE THAT. IT WASN’T EVEN AN UPDATE! I WANNA SAY SO MANY BAD THINGS RIGHT NOW I’M VERY UPSET AT YOU!! I had so much progress and spent so much money.. I DISLIKE THIS COMPANY! Please fix this NOW! ???????? If it was a glitch and not you then Im sorry.. But plzzzzzzz fix this. I’m a 12 year old who worked hard that that money. Please... Don’t.. Scam..
