This is really one of my favorite games, but when I first downloaded it, it says it’s updating, but when I went back another day it’s still updating, it keeps loading and loading, so I deleted it and downloaded it again, I was frustrated because I bought a lot of pets that time already. When I downloaded it again, it said it needed to be updated again, at first I was hesitating to hit ‘yes’, but when I tried clicking yes, the “loading and loading and loading” happens again. PLEASE I DON’T want to delete this again because I already have a lot of pets already, I waited really hard for them to level up.

ok so i love the game but for myself, friend, and little sister after a few days in of playing, it say “downloading update 1” and it jsut stays like that with no progress. my friend had to delete the game and start over but i don’t want to start over because i have gotten so far already. any suggestions ?

This game was fun at first but now it won’t load. My mini doesn’t understand why it won’t load. It keeps saying downloading update #1, and nothing happens. There are many other games that are better then this one.

It’s been over a week and the app still says “downloading update #1.” I didn’t update my phone or anything, I literally reached to level 12 and this screen pop up. It’s been stuck on this update ever since. Please fix this ASAP!

So far we have lost $30 on this game. First time downloaded the game, played for a while , spent 10$ , then screen stated “downloading update #1”, locked for multiple days. Uninstalled and reinstalled the game, and had the same issue after we spent $20 more dollars. Developer doesn’t seem to support this game anymore and therefore they ripped us off. My 8 year old is very sad because this was his chore money.

Every single time I get to level 12 no matter how many times I try and delete the app and start over it always says its ‘downloading update #1’! And it never stops and doesn’t let me play my game! It also on level 12 doesn’t let you get the dog for that level. (Try every time BEFORE it basically locks me out of the game) you should definitely fix this stupid problem fast!!
