Double Failure , Major Problem

DabbleinApple

The air pressure readings in the app do not correlate with the hardwired remote. This is, interestingly, a failure with both the app and the hardware. The app starts out displaying a different pressure than the wired remote. If I increase the pressure via the wired remote, no pressure change is seen on the app. Increase the pressure via the app, the compressor runs and stops, but no pressure change is seen on the wired remote.

Think I know why people had issues

After reading the reviews, and with all due respect the folks who gave this app 3 stars or less really don’t understand how the hard wire remote works. The issue is the hard wire remote su&ks as it’s memory features are confusing as hell. This app however paired seamlessly to Boothe the base and bed and works absolutely fine. Very please I do not have to use the hard wired Remotes.

Needs serious help.

The remote and app don’t work together. Can’t read each others reading/setting. Very disappointing. I have a friend that raves about their SleepNumber bed experience. I wish I could say the same.

Needs some work

I thought this might be nice to remove bed remote from nightstand. No matter what number of pressure on wired remote, pressure on app was 5. 20 on wired remote was 5. 35 on wired remote was 5 on app. 40 on wired remote was 5 on app. The 3 preset pressures could only be set for 5. I'm going to use wired remote until this is resolved.

Work Well

Probably the easiest pairing process of any app I have used. Connected immediately and seems to be working reliably.

Update lost functionality

Dr Delaney

I made the mistake of updating and lost the ability to move both sides of my split base. Please restore the dual feature!
