A product of Perry Weather, Pocket Perry provides real-time cloud-to-cloud and cloud-to-ground lightning strikes, severe weather, and precipitation alerts right in the palm of your hand. Coaches, trainers, risk managers, construction workers, and many more can be proactively alerted of impending inclement weather situations with Pocket Perry.
Alerts
-Pocket Perry monitors the exact location(s) of interest based on user-defined settings. Our proprietary alerting method provides users the complete confidence on when to expire and resume outdoor activity.
-Receive preemptive precipitation alerts on the exact timing of approaching storms.
-Avoid over warning due to the current National Weather Service county-based notification method. Pocket Perry users view and receive severe weather warnings pertinent to their EXACT locations.
Hi-Def / Live Radar
-Up to the second lightning strikes are displayed at a street-level resolution, providing a visual for dangerous storm proximity. Lightning strikes are clickable to view time of strike and are color-coded for latency.
-Live, high-definition radar imagery with predictive rainfall technology, precipitation indicators (rain, ice or snow), and animation capability keeps the user aware of storm locations and projected positions.
-View the most current National Weather Service warnings, watches, and advisories on the hi-def map.

App No Longer Works with iPadOS 13 Update
Soul Thief
This app no longer works since updating my iPad Pro to iPadOS 13. Hopefully they will push out a fix to this very soon because as of this update I can no longer access my data when on the go or away from a desktop computer. Since the update all I get now when opening the app is Error Failed to Perform Initial Setup. Please Try Again. Also, please allow for viewing of the app in Landscape mode. It currently only allows for viewing in Portrait mode, which isn’t helpful at all when having to switch back and forth between different apps.

This app is very helpful! I am able to get real time updated for lightning and other weather events that are moving through the area. The app is well built and easy to use and allows you to fully customize the settings to fit your needs. The app and web dashboard are always updating to improve performance and functionality. The company itself is very helpful and listens to your feedback. Also the 24/7 meteorology support is a game changer.

Great app shows lighting in less than 5, 5-10, greater than 10 minutes. Very useful tool when you want to be out in the weather. But want to be safe.
