Doesn't deserve any stars!! Account was deactivated by 'Perk'. Submitted numerous requests for an explanation and NEVER received any response. Request was just closed and marked as solved.
Dishonest & Cheating App

I used this app for a year. I also used several of the other Perk apps. I don't recommend any of them. I have had rewards just go missing, not showing up in my email or getting a gift card Reward with a zero balance. I've read about other users having much worse experiences, being cheated out of A LOT of Perk Points worth $25 or more. If you google this app, you'll find the depths of dishonesty for those who are responsible for and from this and its other apps.
App just a black screen

This app, along with all other Perk TV apps, are nothing but a black screen when I open the app. I can't see any videos, look at my points, or access my account. Customer service is not helpful. I explained the problem to them, and they just asked me what ad was making it crash. I guess they didn't read my complaint very well. If you open the app to a black screen that's blank, you can't run videos, and therefore ads don't play either! I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling app, and it's still a black screen when I open the app. I give up. Better rewards companies out there with reliable apps.
When it is not crashing or stuck in a loop, it works OK

When the app works it works OK. Most of the time it just crashes or gets stuck on an ad. For the past few days, it has been getting stuck, displaying a spinning wheel. Even on Android device too. The app will not function correctly and you are unable earn points. This is very frustrating. I contacted the company via their website and received reply that they are working on it. Force quitting, or deleting and re-installing the app did not help, nor did rebooting my devices.

When it works, it's great. However, especially lately, too many of the ads either crash the app, cause it to lock up or just try continually to load, but fail to do so. You almost get the feeling that they are doing so on purpose to limit the amount of points you earn. A hint to Perk: having ads that malfunction doesn't do anything to endear us to the advertisers. Just the opposite.
Pays but .....

The live TV app is hit and miss. Too many black screens and spinning wheels of death. On the plus side, the Perk family of apps do pay and pay quickly, gift cards or PayPal. I do wish they'd improve the app programming to find more stability though, it would be nice to know it's available when I feel like using it.
