In the free version you can’t change ring tone. All you get is a single beep with no vibration.
Great interval timer with some down sides

It’s simple and works. Some of the negative reviews don’t realize the constraints put on developer by iOS/Watch OS. To achieve this app, the developer has a couple workarounds. The big workaround is that it activates the heart rate sensor as if you’re exercising and even logs it as an activity. Because of this, I probably will only use it for exercise. There’s no other way on WatchOS to make this app work.
Free version useless.

Free version is totally useless. Why not have functionality for a day or two so people can test it? Deleted.
