Just got the update for iOS 13. It crashes every time I open it. Then I had to do a hard reset and I lost all my data...years of data.

I have been using this app for a few years now. I’m premenopausal but still like to be able to see if my periods are consistent. I like that you can keep notes but don’t like that I have to flip through each day to read what I wrote a week or two or even a month ago. There should be a way to go back in the app easily and conveniently to see your notes. If there is a way....I haven’t found it. I would’ve given this app 5 stars if it had that feature. Other than that.....I love it and have recommended it to others.

I like this app a lot, it's easy to follow...but I wish you could make your own themes, the themes that are available are a little boring.
App won’t Load

I’ve had the app for many years now. In the last year or so, I’ve struggled severely to Laos the app. Especially with my iPhone 6S. However, I have the new iPhone 11 Pro and still cannot load the app to enter information or just to check it. SOMETIMES I can get it to load on my iPad Air. Otherwise, it just crashes every time I try to access it. Extremely frustrated!

I got the iPhone 11 Pro and the app kept crashing at opening. I ended up doing a hard reset as I’ve done with many other apps over the years and I lost all my data for about 4 years except a few random cycles in 2015-2016. This caused me to lose all the info I tracked for not only my cycles, but also my 3 miscarriages. I’m pretty devastated. I emailed the company and never heard back. I’ve used this app and switched phones multiple times and never had this problem.
