Frustrated, sad, upset

I loved the old layout. It was much simpler, cleaner, more compact, more modern, & easier to navigate with less ads. After this update, I get an ad to buy the premium, if I close the ad the keyboard doesn’t pop therefore being useless. I’m being forced to pay for an app that I wouldn’t have bought otherwise. I’ve stored 7 years of information so it’s hard to transfer data. The export data doesn’t work for me because it says it doesn’t have an email associated with it. Would have been 5 stars before.

I’ve had this app for many years and endured all the other unwanted changes but now it’s becoming frustrating being bullied to purchase the “upgrade”. I find it that my app will freeze very often when I decline and I can’t even use the free version. I’m not spending a dime. Fix it. I can definitely go to another app if need be.

i have very irregular period cycles and this app used to be absolutely fantastic because it wouldn't give me a hard time for logging sporadically like i needed to. but now, after several months of use, it all changed. if i log that i’ve stopped bleeding, it won’t let me log that i’ve started bleeding again if it’s too close to when i supposedly “ended” before. and now the amount of ads is outrageous. every other minute i’m exiting out of an ad. big eye roll.

One of my most used apps. I’ve been using this app for years. I bought a new phone and now I can’t login. It says my email address is not valid so I can’t reset my password. I tried the link to contact customer support but that took me to a broken link. Help!!! I hate to lose all of my data.

PLEASE go back to the old design. It was so much more simple and intuitive. The new layout is clunky and buggy.

I’ve been using the same account on multiple devices for over the last 12 yrs. now I have to sign in?? Now I’ll lose all the info I have stores on my iPhone 11??? I made an account years ago. Before the app name change. So why now it doesn’t know my credentials Developers need to fix this
