Unsuccessful Update?

The update was released one week ago to fix bugs, but I still can’t access the app. My app is updated and every time I try to open it, it crashes. I am a big fan of this app but if this goes on for much longer I may have to use another app.

The dates were wrong, PinkBird wouldn’t answer my questions and said it was learning at a “rapid speed” it was just a mess

If I could give 0 stars right now I would. This app was AWESOME up until they released their most recent bouts of updates in mid-September. My app was frozen for about a week, so I uninstalled the app, and then reinstalled it. I have been using an account since last December, so this should not have been an issue. HOWEVER, when I reinstalled the app, my account was no where to be found. Lo and behold they issued another update to the app, and now it’s somehow even worse. My data from March up until September is completely gone. Wiped clean. I relied on that data heavily because I have really irregular periods due to heath issues and new birth control. I emailed several people back and forth with a conclusion from someone named Jenny, saying there’s basically nothing they can do. It’s ridiculous. The app never stays signed in. Data is gone. Fix the app, return it to how it was. Whoever created this update clearly didn’t play with it enough before the release.

Most period trackers have premium, which this one does have, but they put premium on things we wouldn’t necessarily deem “important”, which I like ^^! I also love how they add the pinkbird to help you out on questions about pains or your period. I honestly think a period tracker should just be about you and have no other “groups” and “chats” to talk in, the the pinkbird really helps you out. And you can thank it like what- (Basically, 5/5 stars~ I’ve been searching for something like this for a long time-)

Not The Tracker For Me

Ok first of all the all be completely off on when i'm supposed to start my period so when i don't start on the day it says i'm supposed i'm left keeping watch on when i'm actually supposed to . second of all it eventually stopped even telling me when i’m supposed to start or tells me extremely late like on the day i start. its to the point where i now have to download another tracker just incase . this tracker is definitely not for me .
