Honestly I’ve always been paranoid about protection problems, even when using all the bells and whistles. This app helps me keep it all in perspective. It also adjusts to your body as you enter more information. I really think it’s a need. ??

I originally got the app because my period was starting to be a little different. I have been usually so regular but as you get older it changes! So I track the changes and I love how you can track your headaches, body aches, etc. also I had my niece get the app too she’s only 13 but I swear the other day she was veeeerrry moody and I asked her to check the app, and she was pre menstrual so I guess it helped her too to know that it was PMS making her feel like that.
Reliable app...ladies can trust this.
