The points aren’t tracked correctly and even when it does show that you have the right amount of points the coupon does not appear in the app. I’m not real sure what the app is for.
Can’t use this app for shopping. You’ll have to create a stupid password, enter all your “perfect fit” sizes, then get sent to go shop online where you have to re-enter all your sizes. Worthless app.
The link to the Wedding Tuxedo Manager app is busted. So you’re out of luck and have to resort to the slooooooow web app.
Nice app. Easy to navigate. Good snap shot of account and any deals or specials that are available. One improvement: points balances aren’t consistent throughout the app. Main screen has one total, and the Points screen has a different value....confusing, at best. Otherwise, a nice app.
The points do not track accurately and the advice pages and style guides are unable to be accurately viewed they will not all scroll to see them.
The Menswear House app is very easy to use I really like how it shows your current points and any coupons that are available too me.
I've got a Perfect Fit that was provided from Men's Warehouse and have confirmed with them which email address it's linked to. Been trying to access it for nearly 3 weeks now. Continuously states it's an "invalid group code." The store has no problem with that same group code or email. They claim they're aware the app "crashes" and to give it time. This isn't crashing. It's not recognizing the group code they provided. Unable to use this app at all. The store blames the app and tech support. I don't know what's causing the issue. Very frustrated!
This app does not track points accurately! When you open the app it shows “current points” just below your name. However, when you click on current points, it takes you to a different screen that shows current points of 500 towards a $50 certificate. The 2 current points numbers do not match and typically the 2 screen is lower. Why? This is so confusing and needs to be corrected. Otherwise the app is good for what it does.
I’m sure this app is great EXCEPT I can’t even get logged in. Tried with email and password- no go. Tried with perfect fit id- no go! Getting very frustrated!
