Waste of money! How do I get a refund? No sound on iPad or iPhone. Disappointed Zero stars isn't an option.

I suspect my daughter would really enjoy this game except for the fact that there is no audio. I downloaded it a second time, and tried to look for any settings menus that might need to be adjusted, but no luck.
