I purchased this game on 9/19/19 only for my daughter to play it for one day. There was an update on 9/20/19 which caused that the game doesn't work no more. All I can see is a black screen... Very disappointing!

I love this game so MUCH. This is fun and I mean REALLY Fun. My favorite parts of the game are the Ice cream stand, Pizza maker and The beach.

I downloaded this app for my daughter and it doesn’t work on my my iPad Pro and iPad Mini even though they are both compatible devices. Starts up with a blue screen and just hangs. How do I get a refund??
