It's nice to be able to see recent transactions but it doesn't show a running balance or pending transactions. Hope they update soon or this app to me isn't worth it.

Cannot login with the only password and username I've had. Every week it needs a new activation code. Completely useless if you need to access your info on the road. Kennebunk savings bank app actually works. This one doesn't. Don't bother downloading it will only take up space.

This app crashes all the time. I can't see my transaction history unless I use my pc. And when logging in the keyboard closes when I type. Fix this broken app.

I've never commented on an app however, I feel as though people should know this app is a waste of time. Need to check your account? Sure just log into the... Oh right, your buggy app has kicked you out or froze AGAIN. Definitely room for improvement! Please fix it! Better yet, wipe it out and start over.

This is one of the worst, poorly developed apps I’ve ever used. About 90% of the time it does not work. There are constantly sign-on errors, and I can almost never see my activity because getting to that part of the app usually ends in a “time out.” I have called the CU several times about it and every time they say that the IT department is working on an update. I have been a People’s Choice member for well over a decade (before it was even People’s Choice) and since the app’s inception there have been the same types of problems. Time to fire the IT department/developers because they clearly can’t build a useful app.

I use this app almost daily and have never had a problem with it. Makes banking easy!

Very simple, lets me do alot of things that would otherwise take me much more time to accomplish if I had to run an errand each time like in the olden days. Love the ‘deposit a check right from the app’ and ‘Preview’ features. Very handy!

Touch ID is a must have nowadays. When you have to keep entering your password or you have to wait a while for it to load, it becomes more annoying than useful. When I have to call the 24 hour line to get my balance, I am not a happy camper. It’s like reliving the 90s. Sometimes it oddly says it’s downloading updates (can’t they use the usual way to download updates like every other app?), but never goes through after several seconds. Recently, I entered my pw (pain) and it kept booting me out only to completely block me. I got the same msg others have complained about....IT Dept is reviewing it. There are lots of IT companies out there....maybe shop around.

The app performed poorly for a short time. The app worked exceptionally well for about a year, however, an Apple update appeared to cause issues with it. I simply deleted the app and then reloaded. It’s still a bit sluggish when looking at “transactions”, but it’s a solid build. I hope “end user” criticism would focus on specific issue(s) and not just the developer. PS - I’m a Computer BETA - software/ hardware. I am not working for this CU. REMEMBER: systems and apps are ultimately created by valuable user input. : )
